§ 23-6.1-5 Appropriations. –
The general assembly shall appropriate the sum of fifteen thousand dollars
($15,000), to be administered by the department of elementary and secondary
education, to carry out the purpose of this chapter, and the state controller
is authorized and directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurer
for the payment of that sum or so much of that sum as may be required from time
to time, upon receipt by him or her of proper vouchers duly authenticated.
