§ 24-12-2 Authority created –
Composition. –
There is hereby created a body corporate and politic to be known as the "Rhode
Island turnpike and bridge authority." The authority shall consist of five (5)
members, including the director of transportation, who shall be a member ex
officio, and four (4) members appointed by the governor.
