§ 28-21-12 Physician treating employee
Accessibility to designated substances list.
Any physician who is treating an employee and who believes that the employee
has a health problem which may be the result of occupational exposure to a
designated substance or substances shall have all rights of access to
information afforded to any employee under this chapter, except that the
information shall be provided to the physician upon his or her request and
without regard to any time periods otherwise specified in this chapter.
