§ 28-21-14 Duties of the department of
labor and training.
The director of labor and training is authorized to provide assistance to
employers, employee organizations, and employees in the development and conduct
of training programs for employees and local public safety personnel, and may
provide assistance and consultation to the employer where possible in the
completion of material safety data sheets for designated substances and/or
