§ 28-26-10 License fees.
Each applicant for an examination for a license as an engineer shall pay to the
division at the time of application a fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00), and
for each license or renewal of a license a fee at the biennial rate of
ninety-six dollars ($96.00) for a full license, eighty-four dollars ($84.00)
for a hoisting license, seventy-two dollars ($72.00) for an excavating license,
and sixty dollars ($60.00) for a limited license, these fees to be deposited as
general revenues.
