§ 28-27-4.1 "Journeyperson refrigeration
technician" defined. –
"Journeyperson refrigeration technician" means any person who has completed a
five (5) year apprentice program and/or has passed a refrigeration technician
examination and who by him or herself does work in refrigeration/air
conditioning subject to provisions of this chapter and the rules, regulations,
and licensing criteria promulgated hereunder.
