§ 28-33-41.1 Review of rehabilitative program upon request or petition by employer.
An employer may petition the workers' compensation court for a review, to be performed at the Donley Rehabilitation Center, of any injured employee's progress toward rehabilitation. After that review, the Donley Rehabilitation Center shall report to the court on the effectiveness of the present rehabilitative program that the employee is undertaking and the injured employee's ability to return to employment.
