§ 28-39-35 Educational program.
The director shall undertake an educational publicity program designed to
safeguard the fund created by this chapter. The director shall solicit the
co-operation and assistance of labor, industry, and the public generally, in
effecting that program. In the exercise of his or her authority under this
chapter, the director shall give publicity to the need for accident prevention,
and the preservation of health. He or she shall publicize the need for
industrial employment to provide the best available safeguards for workers, as
well as appropriate sanitary facilities, and he or she shall also publicize the
potential results of malingering.
