§ 28-41-8 Pregnancy benefits. –
An eligible individual who is unemployed due to sickness resulting from
pregnancy, childbirth, miscarriage, or abortion shall be entitled to receive
those benefits which are regularly provided for unemployment due to sickness in
chapters 39 – 41 of this title.
