§ 28-42-53 Procedural rules and
regulations Record of proceedings.
The manner in which any disputed claims or any other controversies arising out
of the interpretation or application of chapters 42 44 of this title
shall be presented, or the manner in which hearings and appeals are conducted,
shall be in accordance with the regulations adopted as prescribed in these
chapters whether or not those regulations conform to common-law or statutory
rules of evidence and other technical rules of procedure. A full and complete
record shall be kept of all proceedings in connection with a disputed claim.
All testimony at any hearing upon a disputed claim shall be recorded but need
not be transcribed unless the disputed claim is further appealed.
