SECTION 28-42-66


§ 28-42-66 Penalty for violations generally.

Any violation of any provision of chapters 42 – 44 of this title or of any order, rule, or regulation of the board of review after consultation with the director, for which a penalty is neither prescribed above nor provided by any other applicable statute, shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00), or by imprisonment not longer than thirty (30) days, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
