§ 28-5-5 Right to equal employment
opportunities.
The right of all individuals in this state to equal employment opportunities,
regardless of race or color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity
or expression, disability, age, or country of ancestral origin, is recognized
as and declared to be a civil right.
