§ 3-5-13 Consumption of distilled liquors
on premises. –
Licenses to be issued under this chapter shall in no case authorize the sale
for consumption on the premises where sold of distilled liquors, or of
beverages composed wholly or partly of those liquors, unless these sales are
authorized by this title.
