§ 3-5-20.1 Manufacturer's and wholesaler's
licenses – Notice and procedure. –
All manufacturer's and wholesaler's licenses to be issued under this chapter
shall be in any form prescribed by the department. The licensee shall be held
liable under any rules and regulations that the department shall impose,
establish and authorize and the department is authorized to establish any rules
and regulations. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing provisions of this
section, the adoption or authorization of rules and regulations by the
department and the modification or repeal of any rules and regulations
previously adopted shall be by written order of the department and adopted in
accordance with the provisions of chapter 35 of title 42.
