§ 3-5-22 Reissuance of license after
revocation.
In case any license issued is revoked, the board, body or official revoking the
license shall, as part of the order of revocation, provide that no license be
granted to the same person for the period of one year after the revocation, and
in case the order is made, no license shall be issued during the year to the
person whose license is revoked.
