§ 3-6-3 Rectifier's license. –
The department is authorized to issue rectifiers' licenses in accordance with
the provisions of §§ 3-6-4 – 3-6-8. The fee provided shall be
prorated to the year ending December 1 in every calendar year and be paid to
the division of taxation and turned over to the general treasurer for the use
of the state.
