Labor and Payment of Debts by Contractors

SECTION 37-13-13.1

§ 37-13-13.1 Audits of wage records of out of state contractors and subcontractors. – Out of state contractors or subcontractors who perform work on public works in this state authorize the director of labor and training to conduct wage and hour audits of their payroll records pursuant to the provisions of chapter 14 of title 28.
