SECTION 42-131-5


   § 42-131-5  Technical advisory committee. – A technical advisory committee shall be appointed by the chairperson of the council. The technical advisory committee shall include, but not be limited to, representatives of the office of municipal affairs in the department of administration, statewide planning, the general assembly, the Rhode Island Public Expenditure Council, and the Rhode Island League of Cities and Towns.
