SECTION 42-14-7


§ 42-14-7 Deputies to administrator.

The administrator of banking and insurance may appoint one or more deputies to assist him or her in the performance of his or her duties, who shall be removable at the pleasure of the administrator, and the administrator in his or her official capacity shall be liable for any deputy's misconduct or neglect of duty in the performance of his or her official duties. Service of process upon any deputy, or at the office of the administrator upon some person there employed, at any time, shall be as effectual as service upon the administrator.
