   § 42-17.5-4  Natural heritage preservation commission. – There is established within the department of environmental management the natural heritage preservation commission consisting of the directors of the department of environmental management (who shall be chairperson) and the governor's office of intergovernmental relations, and the chief of the division of statewide planning, department of administration.
