State Affairs and Government

   § 42-3-2  Providence County. – The cities of Providence, Pawtucket, Woonsocket, Central Falls, and Cranston, and the towns of Smithfield, Scituate, Glocester, Cumberland, Johnston, North Providence, Foster, Burrillville, East Providence, North Smithfield, and Lincoln, shall constitute the county of Providence; and Providence shall be the county town.
