State Affairs and Government

   § 42-3-3  Washington County. – The towns of South Kingstown, North Kingstown, New Shoreham, Westerly, Charlestown, Exeter, Richmond, Hopkinton, and Narragansett, shall constitute the county of Washington; and South Kingstown shall be the county town.
