§ 46-12.3-3 Action on negligence. –
Any person who sustains personal injury, property damage, or economic loss as a
result of the negligent act of any owner, operator, and/or his or her or its
agent of any seagoing vessel as defined in § 46-9-2, entering the waters
or waterways of this state, shall be entitled to maintain an action to recover
the damages pursuant to the provisions of § 46-12.3-1.
