§ 46-23-18.4 Enforcement. –
The provisions of §§ 46-23-18 through 46-23-18.3 shall be enforced by
the coastal resources management council. Nothing herein shall be deemed to
abrogate the department of environmental management's authority to enforce its
water quality standards adopted pursuant to § 46-12-3(7) or (24).
