§ 5-20-30 Administration of oaths. –
The director of the department of labor and training, the administrator of the
division of professional regulation, and any members of the state board of
plumbing examiners have power to administer oaths to witnesses at a hearing
which the department is authorized by law to conduct and any other oaths
authorized or administered by the department.
