§ 5-30-2 Board of examiners – Rules
and regulations – Oaths – Seal. –
The state board of chiropractic examiners shall make any rules and regulations,
not inconsistent with law, that it deems necessary to carry out the provisions
of this chapter relating to the practice of chiropractic medicine. Any member
of the board has power to administer oaths for all purposes required in the
discharge of his or her duties. The board shall adopt a seal to be affixed to
all its official documents.
