§ 5-6-27 Disposition of fees – Annual
report. –
The division shall report annually to the general assembly in the month of
January a detailed statement of its receipts and disbursements during the year
with a statement of its acts and proceedings and any recommendations that the
division deems proper. All proceeds of any fees collected pursuant to the
provisions of this chapter shall be deposited as general revenues.
Commissioners and board members shall not be compensated for attendance at
board meetings, but reimbursement for costs and expenses of board members and
commissioners shall continue.
