§ 5-6-28 Penalties for unlicensed work.
Any person, firm, association, corporation, or employee of any person, firm,
association or corporation, and any representative, member, or officer of any
firm, association, or corporation individually entering upon or engaging in the
previously defined business and work, without having complied with the
provisions of this chapter, shall be assessed penalties pursuant to §
5-6-32.
