§ 7-13-64 Applications to existing limited
partnerships. –
The provisions of this chapter apply to all domestic limited partnerships
existing on January 1, 1987 to the extent that the partnership agreement of
each partnership is not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.
Unless otherwise agreed to by the partners, nothing in this chapter requires
any domestic limited partnership validly existing on January 1, 1987 to comply
with the provisions of this chapter in order to preserve or continue its status
as a limited partnership.
