§ 16-21-2. Repealed.

This section (G.L. 1923, ch. 70, § 31½; P.L. 1937, ch. 2506, § 2; G.L. 1938, ch. 178,
§ 31; G.L. 1956, § 16-21-2; P.L. 1971, ch. 270, § 1; P.L. 1976, ch. 187, § 1), which
was declared unconstitutional by the federal district court, Members of Jamestown
School Comm. v. Schmidt, 427 F. Supp. 1338 (D.R.I. 1977), is considered repealed by
§ 16-21.1-6. For present provisions, see §§ 16-21.1-1 — 16-21.1-5.
