§ 33-15-41. Applicability of §§ 33-15-37 — 33-15-40.
The provisions of §§ 33-15-37 — 33-15-40 shall apply to any estate where a limited guardian, a guardian, or a conservator has been appointed whether prior to June 13th, 1923, or thereafter.
