§ 23-33-22.1 Warning signs near elevators
in nursing homes.
A conspicuous warning sign stating "In Case of Fire Do Not Use Elevator" shall
be placed next to the places of ingress or egress to every elevator used for
conveying persons or goods in any building used primarily as a nursing home or
as a home for the elderly and/or people with disabilities.
